CLAIO2021 is organized in sessions for oral communications (depending on the number of the participants, one or more parallel sessions can be organized) and five plenary sessions (see here more information about the invited speakers).
The official languages of the conference are Spanish and Portuguese and English. Lectures can be given in one of these three languages.
To submit an abstract, you have to be pre-registered and logged in the CLAIO2021 website.
- If you are not yet pre-registered, please go to Pre-registration section on the website menu.
- If you are already pre-registered, login here and go back to Abstract submission in the Attendance section on the website menu, where the access to the submission tool will be available.
The submission process is carried out through the website and you need to be logged; along the process you must provide the following information: Name, last name, institution and email of the authors, title, abstract (maximum 1,000 characters), keywords. In addition, it is necessary to classify the work in one of the categories provided. Additionally, you can provide a url link to a website with complementary information (that will be accessible from conference program available on the web).
Important: Each registered individual can present just one contribution (regular or invited). Each registered individual can also give an additional presentation in the Teaching OR(MS special stream. Each participant can be co-author as many times as they like.

20st May 2021: Notification of Acceptance.
28th May 2021: Early registration deadline.
15th June 2021: Registration deadline for accepted communication (the organization cannot guarantee the inclusion in the program of abstracts whose authors are not registered at this date).
