- Registration includes:
- Coffee breaks and lunches at the conference venue.
- Welcome reception (Monday, August 30th).

Payments manegement
American Express Meetings & Events (CLAIO2021 Conference Secretariat) is the company in charge of the payments management.
Cancelation policy
In case participation is decided to be cancelled, participants will be reimbursed after discounting a percentage associated with the management expenses, in accordance with the following rates:
- Until 9th June 2021: 25% of the registration fee.
- From 10th June 2021 until 10th July 2020: 50% of the registration fee.
- From 10th July 2021: no reimbursement.
